ZHENFEI

LEGAL

Terms and Conditions

Rules for using the ZHENFEI website, member accounts, inquiry services, support chat and downloadable resources.

Effective date: [TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE PRODUCTION]

Items requiring operator or legal confirmation

These terms are a project-based draft. The website operator or its legal adviser must confirm the operator identity, governing law, liability terms and acceptance mechanism before treating them as binding terms.

  • Full legal name, company registration details, registered address and legal notice email.
  • Minimum user age or business-user restrictions, if required.
  • Governing law, courts or agreed dispute-resolution process.
  • Liability limits, indemnity wording and effective date.
  • Whether account registration or inquiry submission must include an express checkbox accepting these Terms.

1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms govern access to and use of the ZHENFEI website, including member accounts, favourites, inquiry carts, quotation history, customer support and downloadable resources. The Privacy Statement and Cookie Policy separately explain personal-data and browser-storage practices.

[TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE PRODUCTION: describe the final acceptance mechanism and the date from which these Terms apply.]

2. Member accounts

  • Registration information must be accurate and kept reasonably current. The account email is the stable login identifier and cannot be changed through the current website.
  • Members are responsible for protecting passwords and devices and should notify the operator if unauthorised access is suspected.
  • The operator may require email activation or staff approval, depending on the production registration setting.
  • Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary to protect the website, investigate abuse or comply with law. A rejected or suspended registration should be reviewed through the contact channel provided by the operator.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass access controls, interfere with operation, scrape at a harmful rate or introduce malicious code.
  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, confidential or harmful material through contact or chat functions.
  • Do not impersonate another person or submit misleading contact, account or inquiry information.
  • Do not use downloadable materials outside the licence or permission accompanying those materials.

4. Inquiry and quotation process

Guests may prepare an inquiry cart locally, but an account is required to submit and manage quotations. A draft can be changed before submission. Once submitted, it is handled through the status workflow shown by the website and cannot be changed by the member unless a new or re-quote request is created.

A quotation may contain a selected currency and line-item prices entered by authorised business staff. It is preliminary commercial information and is not an online checkout, payment request or electronic contract. Final ordering, taxes, shipping, discounts, warranties and contractual terms are confirmed separately between the parties.

5. Contact forms and support chat

Visitors may submit contact details, project information, text, images and PDF files for business support. Users must have the right to provide that content and should not send unnecessary sensitive personal data, payment credentials, passwords or unlawful material.

Automated keyword replies may be provided outside or before live-agent service. Automated replies are general assistance and may require confirmation by a human representative.

6. Download resources

Some resources are public and others require an authenticated member account. Login-protected access is personal to the authorised user and must not be bypassed. Availability may change when a resource is revised, withdrawn or replaced.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website branding, product photographs, drawings, text, software and downloadable materials are owned by or licensed to the operator. Access to the website does not transfer ownership. Permitted business evaluation and use of an authorised download do not permit unauthorised copying, resale, publication or removal of rights notices.

8. Third-party services

The website may rely on hosting, CDN, email, analytics and linked third-party services. Separate terms and privacy notices may apply when a visitor follows an external link or uses a third-party service.

9. Liability, governing law and disputes

Website information and service availability are subject to the Disclaimer and mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

[TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE PRODUCTION: approved liability limits, governing law, competent courts or dispute-resolution process.]

10. Changes and contact

The operator may update these Terms when website functions or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page, and material changes should be communicated where appropriate.

Questions about these Terms may be sent to [LEGAL NOTICE EMAIL TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE PRODUCTION].
